床單一週不洗細菌量比廁板多!即學清洗床單貼士,拒絕與百萬細菌同眠

你有想過床單的細菌會比廁板更多嗎?研究發現,一星期不洗床單和枕頭套,分別可以累積5百萬和3百萬細菌,比廁板的細菌數目多出約兩萬倍!1而且當中的細菌和塵蟎更可能會導致敏感、皮膚炎甚至肺炎。不想與細菌同眠,就要留意以下的床上清潔小貼士。

床單、枕頭套成細菌溫床影響人體健康

我們每晚都會長時間接觸床單,並留下皮屑、汗水、油脂等物質,長期積聚就會導致細菌滋生。常見的細菌包括擬桿菌屬(可導致闌尾炎 、皮膚炎 、 肺炎)、梭桿菌目(可導致皮膚潰瘍、雷米爾氏症和牙周病)等。

另外,床單上的皮屑亦會吸引塵蟎,塵蟎及其排泄物均可引發敏感甚至哮喘。2-4

保持床上清潔小貼士4

  1. 每星期清洗床單,枕頭套則每2-3日換一次
  2. 在40-60°C的水溫下清洗床單才能有效殺菌
  3. 避免一次過清洗太多床單
  4. 徹底晾乾床單後才使用
  5. 洗澡後才上床,避免在出汗後躺在床上
  6. 不要在床上飲食
  7. 盡量不要讓寵物睡在床上
